Many companies offer matching or double donations.  Inquire with your employer and create a greater donation footprint.  Stay informed of exhibitions and events by filling out the "Contact" form to be added to the SSCAC e-mail list. Include your cell phone number to receive text updates.

The SSCAC annual operating budget is very low compared to similar non profit organizations.  This directly impacts the ability to expand life-saving programming to teens, introduce youngsters to positive outlets of self-expression, allow adults to explore their inner creativity and elders a means of sharing their works of art.  The SSCAC does not receive any government funding.

We are greatly appreciative of our funding received through grants.  In 2016 Alphawood Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies,   the  Chicago Community Trust, Driehaus Foundation, Joyce Foundation and  Monarch Awards Foundation all contributed to the SSCAC.   Continued funding is contingent upon  the SSCAC's  ability to continue providing exhibitions and programming that have a positive, sustaining and cultural impact on the local community and community-at-large.   Individual donor contributions go directly towards programming and administrative expenses at the SSCAC.   Continuous support is needed to ensure the SSCAC Legacy continues and thrives.  Contact the SSCAC Development Director: to discuss major gifts and legacy bequests.
